Eric Sedlak is a cross-border financial and corporate transactions lawyer with more than 20 years of experience practicing in Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam. His practice focuses on projects and infrastructure, foreign investment and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and oil and gas. Eric serves as a vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, served for eight years as co-chair of its Legal Services Committee, and received its 2005 and 2006 Leader of the Year awards.
